Assistant Accountant
An Assistant Accountant position has opened up for a global professional services company with operations internationally. The team in Manchester are looking to expand the team due to consecutive periods of high growth and internal promotions.
You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, working closely with the wider finance team and external auditors. The company has a brilliant work culture on a hybrid model 2-3 days in the Manchester City Center
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly local statutory accounts, reconciliations and invoicing
- Review the monthly management accounts under local UK GAAP compliance
- Preparation, review and submission of VAT
- Work closely with external auditors or accountants
- Support with ad-hoc projects
What we are looking for:
- ACA/ACCA Part-Qualified
- Ideal candidate would have 2+ years of industry experience
- Preferable experience within reporting in a Professional Services environment
