Assistant Management Accountant
Overview
The Assistant Management Accountant role within Reed.co.uk plays a critical role in helping to produce management information (MI) for the business and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Produce Monthly management accounting
-
Calculate revenue and costs to be recognised in the P&L
-
Produce departmental P&Ls
-
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
-
Assist in annual audit with external auditors and internal auditors
-
Contribute to financial forecast processes
-
Support ad-hoc projects
Skills and Experience
-
Part-qualified CIMA, ACCA or actively studying towards CIMA/ACCA
-
Proven success in a similar role
-
Proficiency in Excel and accounting softwares - Workday experience advantageous

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
-
Good organisational and time management skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Able to develop relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels and challenge where necessary
