The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

Step into an exhilarating role with a tight-knit team of five, working closely with seasoned Directors who offer unparalleled mentorship and industry exposure.

This role is exceptionally varied, combining Quantity Surveying with Fund Monitoring and Project Management, providing a rich and diverse experience.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will engage with an exciting mix of projects spanning Museum and Heritage schemes, new build Residential developments, Industrial, Education, and Healthcare sectors. This is not just a job-it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of business development, in a highly client-facing role, laying the foundation for rapid career progression through extensive industry exposure and top-tier training and development.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be confident, professional and client facing - eager for rapid progression and unrivalled industry exposure. You will also have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally Quantity Surveying BSc or MSc)
• 1 year Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Apprenticeship, Trainee QS, Placement Year, Grad or Assistant QS role
• Basic pre & post contract experience
• A valid UK driving license is beneficial

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
