A dynamic and progressive Construction Consultancy, with a strong national presence, is actively seeking a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor for their Manchester office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

Joining a dedicated and experienced team of 7 Quantity Surveyors, the incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be immersed in a variety of stimulating Healthcare projects.

Although the focus is primarily on Healthcare initially, the diversity of the firm's portfolio, including Residential, Commercial Office, Education, Leisure, Hotel, Social Housing, and Retail projects, offers a rich and varied experience, particularly beneficial for those pursuing APC.

The role promises an enriching professional journey, where the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive comprehensive support from senior team members, ensuring mentorship and training are at the forefront of their MRICS achievement pathway.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be dynamic, energetic and eager to learn. You will also have:

• A construction related degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Basic pre & post contract experience
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• Valid UK driving license
