Associate Building Surveyor - Professional consultancy with opportunity to grow a team!

A professional consultancy, based a short 10 minute walk away from the beautiful St James's Park, are now seeking an ambitious Associate building Surveyor to join their established team.

This opportunity offers a dedicated Associate Building Surveyor the chance to grow and team and take on more responsibility within a supportive environment.

Role and responsibilities

The chosen Associate Building Surveyor will work alongside a team of 15 other Surveyors, servicing a portfolio of commercial, education, hotel, historic and industrial clients, offering a range of service lines including:

  • Acquisition surveys
  • Condition surveys
  • Party wall matters
  • Contract administration

Person specification

  • MRICS qualified is essential
  • RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying
  • 5+ years' in a consultancy background
  • A professional service line history
