My client are a firm of experts, servicing a range of residential and commercial clients, both public and private sector, who are now seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their team of 5 specialising in neighbourly matters.
This is an opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor who is keen to take their next progression step and work on a plethora of schemes.

Role and responsibilities
As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will carry out works such as party wall, ROL, daylight and sunlight. You'll be working on a variety of interesting developments of different values and sizes, located within the M25.
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will benefit from joining a supportive and well-regarded practice, that promotes progression within.
Person specification
- MRICS qualified
- RICS accredited degree
- 3+ years' consultancy background
- ROL, neighbourly matters specialist
- Commericially minded and business development focused
- Line management experience or skillset
