The Team:

The Digital and Demand Generation team is dedicated to driving online engagement and generating high-quality leads through strategic digital marketing efforts. This dynamic team specializes in leveraging data-driven insights, advanced technologies, and cohesive cross-channel strategies, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising. We meticulously design and refine processes to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates, ensuring a robust online presence and continuous growth in demand generation.

The Impact:

The Associate Director, Digital Solutions is a pivotal team member who is experienced in Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions, enabling us to harness the full potential of Adobe's suite to optimize digital marketing strategies, enhance user experiences, and drive demand generation.

They will have a strong technical understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products to effectively bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with development teams.

This position will ensure seamless integration of Adobe tools with our existing processes, providing advanced analytics and personalized customer journeys, which directly contributes to our business growth. By leveraging these capabilities, we will deliver exceptional value to our clients, strengthening our market presence and competitive edge. This role is crucial in transforming data into actionable insights and activation, thereby elevating our marketing effectiveness and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1) Product & Backlog management
  • Communicate clearly with development teams on technical requirements aligned with business objectives and customer needs
  • Manage the development backlog, ensuring that efforts are focused on delivering maximum value.
  • Serve as the Product Owner in Agile Framework including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • User Stories & Requirements: Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business owner's requirements.
2) Adobe Experience Cloud Knowledge:
  • Leverage a strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products to inform decisions and strategies, including and not limited to:
  • Adobe Analytics: Understand the capabilities of Adobe Analytics for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on website and app traffic and user behavior.
  • Adobe Target: Knowledge of A/B testing, personalization, and optimization strategies using Adobe Target to improve user experiences and conversion rates.
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Understand content management and digital asset management capabilities with Adobe Experience Manager to ensure seamless delivery of content creation and management
  • Adobe Audience Manager: Awareness of building and managing audience segments with Adobe Audience Manager for enhanced targeting and personalization.
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): Basic understanding of unifying customer data with Adobe Experience Platform to enable real-time customer profiles and insights.
3) Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

4) Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform continuous improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 or more years' working experience within the Agile framework as product owner
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products including and not limited to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Adobe Experience Cloud Certifications preferred
- Knowledge of web technologies, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services Cloud and Salesforce
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Technical background with experience in software development or engineering.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and personalization strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
