Audit Assistant Manager | Top 50 Firm | Hybrid Working! | £55,000 - £61,000

AJ Chambers are pleased to be working with a Top 60 firm of Chartered Accountants who are seeking an Assistant Manager to become a member of their busy Audit team.

Role:

  • Fully responsible for audit jobs from start to finish (planning to finalisation)
  • Assist with the management and delegation of tasks for junior members by guiding, training, motivating, and providing directional feedback
  • Assist with the management of basic WIP, billing and fee-recovery
  • Manage general client problems, and communicate with managers on more complex issues and supports team members with basic client concerns
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery of work and projects
  • Ensure good relationships with both internal and external clients
  • Play an active role in recruitment and any other HR activities required
  • Carry out any other duties that are within the range and purpose of the job role
