Audit Senior | Top 60 Firm | Central London | Hybrid Working

AJ Chambers are currently working with a Top 60 firm in London who is seeking to provide an opportunity to Audit Senior who will join their busy and growing Audit team.

Responsibilities:

  • Being fully responsible for Audit jobs from start to finish including planning, fieldwork and finalisation
  • Allocating and reviewing work completed by junior staff members in the team and providing feedback to assist with their development
  • Monitoring the progress of Audits including performance vs budget, identifying any problem areas and keeping management informed of progress
  • Finalisation for jobs including clearing manager review points, producing an audit highlights memo, final analytical review, assessment of going concern and post balance sheet events, reconciliation of audit work performed and lead schedules to final accounts
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with internal staff and external clients
  • Liaising with managers and partners on client problems
  • Corresponding with clients, both on-site and via telephone / email
  • Developing and maintaining an excellent level of technical knowledge through appropriate courses and CPD

For this role ideally you will be ACA or ACCA qualified along with up to 2 years’ post qualification experience across a broad client portfolio background
