Ryder Reid Legal are recruiting a Billing Coordonator to join our prestigious, growing US law firm client who offer excellent career progression. The role will be supporting the firms billing and revenue function to provide Partners and Fee-Earners the highest level of billing and collection support.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Revenue Controller with managing the London billing function.
  • Preparing and finalising bills in line with client requirements, rates and Partner instructions
  • Processing transfers, write-offs and narrative amendments
  • Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules and VAT
  • Reviewing time and disbursement records
  • Supporting the E-Billing function
  • Efficiently responding to client queries and liaising with clients
  • Supporting the firms AR function
  • Monitoring credit levels and following up with clients

We are seeking candidates with law firm billing/revenue experience, has familiarity with legal finance software such as Aderant/Elite and a strong working knowledge of SAR. If you fit the requirements of this role, please get in touch today!
