My client has a requirement for a Business Analyst on a 12-month initial contract. The client automates building services design with AI optimizers for Semiconductor Fabs.
As a Business Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, collaborating with engineering, automation, and AI development teams. Your primary focus will be to identify opportunities for automation, streamline workflows, and drive innovation using cutting-edge AI solutions in semiconductor design automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the semiconductor design process to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions that leverage AI and machine learning technologies.
- Map, document, and analyze existing processes in semiconductor design and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, business process models, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define business objectives and solution outcomes.
- Support Agile delivery processes and ensure AI-driven solutions align with technical and business goals.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the semiconductor industry or related high-tech sectors.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in design automation or semiconductor processes.
- Experience in EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools and semiconductor design workflows.
- Knowledge of automation platforms and process optimization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
