The Property Claims Handler role:

• Assessing, investigating and negotiating property claims from cradle to grave.
• Liaising with insurers and third parties to gather info and provide updates.
• Resolving queries and providing expert advice throughout the claims process.
• Ensuing compliance with regulatory and company standards.

What you’ll bring as a Property Claims Handler:

• Proven experience in dealing with property claims within an insurance brokerage.
• A sincere passion for delivering excellent client services.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of commercial property insurance.
• Solid organisation, communication and time-keeping skills.
• Insurance qualifications are highly desirable!
