Client Accountant
An exclusive opportunity awaits an experienced Client Accountant Administrator. to join a thriving independent agency in Westminster who are renowned for its specialist service and supportive culture.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling client rent accounts, approving contractor invoices, preparing financial statements, managing rental arrears, NRL tax reporting, performing reconciliations, reporting on performance figures, ensuring deposit compliance, and conducting audits. This role is best suited for someone with exceptional time management, administration, communication, and organisational skills, along with the ability to work independently. Previous industry experience in real estate (at least 2 years) is required for this role.
- Location: Westminster, London
- Salary: Up to £32,000 (DOE)
- Working hours Monday-Thursday 9-6
- Early finish 5.30pm on a Friday
- Hugely successful Training with qualification funding
