A leading legal firm that prides themselves on exceptional results for clients is seeking a Client Administrator to join their busy and growing team on a permanent basis! A process-driven role for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment to support in all client matters. Applications are being considered immediately for this role.

Your new role

  • Liaising with EA's is necessary to ensure all activities adhere to requirements.
  • Gathering documents according to Compliance Team's guidance.
  • Liaise with relevant departments regarding billing, following up bills as necessary, KYC, file opening and payments
  • Running conflict checks and sending them through where required.
  • Saving correspondence to matter files.
  • Producing engagement letters and ensuring they are completed.
  • Maintaining hard and soft copy files.
  • Processing bills - running the narratives, producing relevant documentation, printing letters, attending internal meetings and following up where necessary.
  • Assist with creating new clients and file opening.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong client service skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role doing aspects of either compliance / billing administration is essential.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
