Join our client's dynamic and award-winning in-house investment team, which has recently obtained FCA approval and launched an exciting new collective fund range. This development has resulted in the creation of a dual Client Reporting and Middle Office Operations role. With billions under management, our long-established client is based in the heart of the City of London.

Support a collaborative and supportive front office team who are at the forefront of the market, dedicated to delivering excellence and sustainability across a wide range of asset classes, from vanilla bonds to hedge funds, private markets to direct property. You will work as part of the middle office operations team, sitting with and supporting the front office. This role allows you to join industry leaders, gaining valuable experience and contributing to strategic change projects.

In this client facing role, you will take full responsibility for client reporting production as well as oversight of third-party administration, data, and external fund management. Your daily tasks will include client reporting production, responding to investor reporting queries, instructing trades, managing cash, maintaining data accuracy, and investigating and resolving issues within the order management system and with third-party administrators.

You will be accountable for owning and developing the firms internal and external client investment reporting, with wider middle office operations responsibility requiring a minimum of 4 years client reporting production experience. This includes the production of quarterly investor and trustee fiduciary investment reports, enhancing reporting production, and automating reporting processes. You will also take ownership of the quality and accuracy of data contained in reporting. Middle office operations aspects include monitoring daily data feeds and resolving issues, monitoring reconciliations between the third-party administrator and internal records, generating trade instructions to external managers and instructing cash movements, and monitoring the full trade flow between managers and third parties.
