Role: Clinical Negligence Paralegal
Location: Wolverhampton

We, at Simpson Judge are currently working with a renowned regional West Midlands firm who are looking for a Clinical Negligence Paralegal with 2-3 years experience. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the team in managing complex clinical negligence cases. You will be responsible for conducting detailed investigations, gathering evidence, and preparing legal documents, as well as providing exceptional client care and administrative support.

About you:

2-3 years experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in clinical negligence or personal injury law
Strong understanding of clinical negligence law and procedure
Excellent research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with case management systems and billing software is an asset.
