Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, this is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team, manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Handling renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Providing expert advice on a range of commercial insurance products, tailored to the clients' specific requirements.
• Assisting with claims handling and providing support throughout the claims process.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Continuously developing knowledge of the insurance market and emerging trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Handler within the commercial insurance sector.
• Strong commercial insurance knowledge and a thorough understanding of various insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
