A Solicitor or Associate is required to join a collaborative Commercial Dispute Resolution team with flexibility for hybrid working. The role involves handling a rewarding and varied caseload, for a diverse client base.

RESPONSIBILITIES
With the support of paralegals, legal assistants, secretaries, and other solicitors within the team, you will:
* Independently manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes and professional negligence claims, often resolving complex matters prior to court proceedings through early negotiation or settlement.
* Advise clients on claims involving professionals such as tax advisors, solicitors, architects, and financial advisors.
* Work with experts to assess and support claims related to professional advice errors.
* Collaborate with insurers and explore litigation funding options.
* Utilise alternative dispute resolution strategies to achieve efficient, cost-effective outcomes.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Qualified Solicitor or equivalent (England & Wales) with solid experience in managing professional negligence and commercial dispute cases.
* Strong expertise in litigation and settlement negotiations, with a focus on achieving timely resolutions.
* Excellent client advisory and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
