Role Overview: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor with over 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property cases.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of commercial property matters.
- Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Conduct negotiations and settlements with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property law.
- Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and legal processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
