Haynes is a leading dealership in Kent, known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a wide selection of quality vehicles. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Commercial Vehicle Product Consultant to join our dynamic team.

As a Commercial Vehicle Product Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their commercial vehicle needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your role is critical in achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our commercial vehicle division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and engaging with potential clients to understand their commercial vehicle requirements.

- Presenting and demonstrating suitable commercial vehicle options to clients.

- Conducting test drivers and explaining vehicle features and benefits.

- Negotiating pricing, financing options and trade-in values.

- Preparing and finalising all sales documentation.

- Developing and maintaining a strong client network and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Staying informed about new commercial vehicles, industry trends and competition

- Participating in sales meetings, training and promotional events.

- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

- A customer-oriented mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driving license and a clean driving record.

Proven sales or hospitality experience would be ideal, however if you share our values, you have the right mindset and you are willing to learn, we would love to hear from you. Full company and manufacturer training will be provided.
