We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, passionate and motivated individuals, to join our team in providing care and support to adults with learning. You would be joining a highly skilled and talented team rated as 'Outstanding’ by the CQC.

About the role

- You will assess the needs of individuals and develop plans to meet those needs.

- It is an occupational requirement for the postholder to be female as you will assist with personal care needs, 'permitted under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010’

- Support with budgeting,

- Menu planning,

- Shopping,

- Cooking

- Domestic tasks.

- Attend appointments with health care professionals,

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with friends and family.

- Provide support in accessing facilities within the community.

Essential -

-Having the use of a car,

- Full driving license

-Business Class 1 Insurance

Working Rota:

- Flexible working rota which includes sleep-in duties as required, paid at £42.50 per night,

- Days

- Evenings

- Weekend
