Our client is a large Global Energy company who have their Head Office based in the heart of the West End of London. They are currently going through a period of growth and are looking develop their in-house capabilities by growing the Talent Acquisition team. There are currently vacancies for Recruiters and Senior Recruiters to assist with the sourcing and recruitment of staff from the UK and Europe to expatriate to the Middle East.

The role will be as follows:

  • Sourcing and contacting suitable potential candidates for job vacancies, utilising online databases and job postings.
  • Coordinate referrals of applicants suitable for open requisitions
  • Liaise with various departments to identify suitable candidates to be invited for interview workshops or video/telephone conference interviews
  • Coordinate interview arrangements
  • Track all candidate activity status updates in e-recruitment system and report back as required
  • Conducting pre-employment presentations for interviewed candidates to provide them with information about the compensation and benefits package, the lifestyle the company has to offer etc. and answer any questions they may have
  • Travel to domestic and international recruitment events to meet with potential talent and to facilitate interview workshops

Ideally you will have the below attributes to be successful in the role:

Be Degree educated

Have relevant experience in the full recruitment cycle with a focus on sourcing candidates

Have experience using social media recruitment techniques

Be able to work well under pressure and with high levels of open vacancies
