This is a great opportunity to join a Top 20 Law Firm and become a part of their esteemed firm based in london.

Our client's specialist Court of Protection team is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their growing team and manage a busy and varied caseload.

What You Can Expect

  • Handle the routine management of deputyship and personal injury trusts with guidance from senior team members, focusing on litigating and substantial settled cases.
  • Liaise with clients, their families, case managers, and other professionals, ensuring all matters are handled with sensitivity.
  • Work closely with the firm's Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Solicitors on litigating cases.
  • Assist Senior team members with complex cases.
  • Draft applications to the Court of Protection and annual Deputy Reports.
  • Manage interim billing and the detailed assessment of professional costs.

About You

  • Strong academics and a qualified lawyer or CILEX professional with relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong IT skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and communicate excellently with clients.
  • Previous experience in an established Court of Protection department is highly advantageous..
