Credit Controller

Your new role

• Chase outstanding payments according to agreed terms and guidelines.
• Ensure timely and effective debt collection processes.
• Address enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with barristers and colleagues for payment facilitation.
• Highlight potential issues to the Head of Revenue.
• Identify areas for process enhancement.
• Assist the Billing Team as needed

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Comfortable making telephone calls for fee collection.
• Familiarity with case management systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work in a busy environment with patience.
• Takes initiative and works well within a team.
• Builds positive client relationships
