Customer Services Advisor

Our well-established client based in Colchester are currently looking for a Customer Services advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain knowledge of this specialist area. A salary of £24,000 - £25,000 is on offer.

What does the role entail?

As Customer Services advisor you will be carrying out day to day tasks such as:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide product information and assistance
  • Process orders and returns efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

What skills will you have?

To become a Customer Services Advisor, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation and Strong Customer Service Ethics
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Flexibility to work in shifts or weekends as required
