Our well-established client based in Colchester are currently looking for a Customer Services advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain knowledge of this specialist area. A salary of £24,000 - £25,000 is on offer.
What does the role entail?
As Customer Services advisor you will be carrying out day to day tasks such as:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product information and assistance
- Process orders and returns efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
What skills will you have?
To become a Customer Services Advisor, you must meet the below requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation and Strong Customer Service Ethics
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Flexibility to work in shifts or weekends as required
