We are recruiting a team of Customer Service Advisors to join Coventry University Recruitment and Admissions Team to start from Monday 5th August to deal with a high volume of queries via telephone, instant messaging, email and other forms of communication in relation to Clearing.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will be:
*Provide excellent customer service to external and internal stakeholders
*Dealing with a high volume of inbound calls
*Provide assistant to prospective Students and returning Students with the UCAS system and accepting and making University place offers.
*Transferring Students to relevant departments as required
*Log and track Students request and enquiries in a courteous, efficient and timely manner via call logging database

Skills and experience required:
*Strong customer service and administration skills
*Excellent telephone manner
*Ability to work within a fast-paced customer service environment
*Strong IT skills
*Attention to detail
*Ability to work under pressure

Hours/Pay rate:
The assignment will start on Monday, August 5th and will run until August 23rd. The regular working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. However, it's important to note that there will be a need for flexibility to work on Saturday, August 17th and Sunday, August 18th. It is essential that the selected individual is fully committed for the entire duration of the assignment.
