Customer Service Representative

  • Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
  • Location: Horley, Redhill, Reigate, Salfords, Dorking, Oxted and Edenbridge 
  • Salary:  £23-28,000 per annum 

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Opportunities to work with reputable companies across various sizes and sectors in the Horley, Redhill, and Reigate, Salfords, Dorking, Oxted and Edenbridge areas. Day to day of the role:
  • Interact with customers via phone, email, live chat, or in-person to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance the customer experience.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
  • Work closely with other team members to provide a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
