Our client in the Automotive industry are currently seeking a Digital Enquiry Agent to join them on a permanent basis. Their office is based in Chelmsford. On offer for this office based Digital Enquiry Agent position is an yearly salary of £25,000 with an OTE £35,000. The hours for this position are 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8-5.30pm) including 1 late shift per week (12-9pm) and alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with 1 day off in the week, each week.

What does the role entail?

As the Digital Enquiry Agent, you will be responsible for liaising with the Sales team with regards to sales leads via website, social media and direct contact. You will also be responsible for building rapport with customers, providing them information with regards to their enquiry. As well as communicate with the Sales team with a view to process from enquiry to sale.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Digital Enquiry Agent you need to be confident dealing with vehicle reservations, finance proposals and part-exchange evaluations and have exceptional persuasive verbal communication skills. You will have time management skills, willingness to take the initiative and able to work as part of a close team. On top of this, you will have the ability to work under pressure and ideally have knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicles.
