Your new role
My client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join and support a local government organisation in two locations on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10-4pm. A fantastic opportunity if you have an interest / passion for history or enjoy going to museums.
Key duties include:
- To ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to and report any issues to the Centre Manager/appropriate teams
- Record all accidents / incidents in line with the organisation's policies
- Where required, respond to out-of-hours alarms and emergency call-outs as keyholder
- Organising and running daily activities
- Dealing with customer complaints and queries
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role
- Experience working in a similar role desirable - Duty Manager, department manager or supervisory role
- Experience of dealing with queries and complaints is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take a fair and balanced approach when resolving complaints
- Access to your own car with full driving licence
- Flexibility to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Keyholder experience desirable -
