5 days in the office with reduced hours on Fridays.

Our client is a luxury online retailer in the infancy of setting up a new product line. They are looking for an Administrator to join their small but growing office in London. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company that will support your career goals. This is a really interesting company with a great office culture!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you will support the Ecommerce and Retail team with all of their admin needs, which means there is a huge range of tasks that you will undertake. Therefore, it is a great opportunity to expand your skillset and business knowledge. Core duties will include
  • Creating and sending out customer and client contracts via DocuSign
  • Managing all the invoices through Xero
  • Updating a range of CRM systems 
  • Supporting online orders by taking inbound enquires, emails or webchat on the commerce platform 
  • Managing the inventory levels and working with the suppliers to ensure stock levels meet demand

WHO YOU ARE

This role is best suited to someone who is bright and bubbly with a great work ethic! If you enjoy doing independent work while acting as a core team member this is perfect for you.
  • Must have experience in an admin role ideally from an e-commerce or retail environment 
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Able to complete multiple tasks under time constraints
  • A passionate and reliable employee
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
