My client are seeking an Employment Case Administrator to oversee the administration and processing of employment law legal claims work.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the workings of Employment Tribunals and have a minimum of 3-5 years experience dealing with employment related matters. A legal degree or professional qualification is a bonus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of the employment case load dealing with Tribunals, ACAS Early Conciliation and all other employment enquiries/casework that reaches the Legal Services Department.
  • Liaising with Head of Legal Services, including briefing on Employment Law case-load
  • Overseeing the work of Employment Law Support team
  • Management of telephone enquiries relating to sensitive and confidential casework in relation to Employment Law Matters

This is a temporary 12-week position which may potentially turn permanent if required.
