Employment Solicitor – London

Our client is one of the UK's largest specialist litigation firms, renowned for its international reach and Legal 500 rankings across multiple practice areas. It is currently seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its dynamic team, with a focus on high-profile, contentious employment work.

The Role:

As part of a highly regarded and supportive Employment team, you’ll work on complex disputes involving senior executives, partners, directors and LLP members. The role offers a strong pipeline of high-quality work and the opportunity to contribute to one of the most respected employment practices in the country.

Responsibilities 

  • Advising clients on a broad range of employment matters with a focus on contentious work 
  • Employment tribunal litigation to include whistleblowing, harassment and discrimination and unfair dismissal 
  • Advising on enforcement of post-termination covenants and team moves
  • Advising on settlement agreements and exists
  • Conducting workplace investigations for employers

Requirements:

  • You should have at least 2 years of experience in Employment law with some experience acting for individuals in workplace disputes
  • Strong academic background 
  • Experience at a reputable firm with a recognised employment practice is advantageous
