Are you a proactive and organized individual with a passion for event planning and coordination? We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join a prestigious law firm based in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team, managing a variety of internal and external events that cater to high-profile clients primarily in the real estate and private wealth sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Organisation: Support the Events Manager in planning, managing, and executing a comprehensive events programme. This includes researching venues, booking entertainment, creating seating plans, and managing invitations.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality attendee experiences.
  • Internal Events: Take responsibility for organizing internal and staff engagement events.
  • On-Site Coordination: Attend events to provide on-the-ground support and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Administration: Maintain the events planner, manage the firm's event calendar, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Communications: Prepare and lead internal and external event communications, promote events within the firm, and draft updates for monthly reports.
  • Digital/Social Media: Collaborate with the digital team to enhance event presence on social media channels.
  • Data Management: Manage event lists, update the contact data management system (ContactHive), and handle data collection for events.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with e-communications platforms (e.g., Vuture).
  • Expertise in data management systems (e.g., IntroHive, ContactHive).
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a professional services business development and marketing team is preferred.
