A highly successful UHNW entrepreneur is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide seamless support across his boutique luxury law firm. With multiple businesses and an expanding portfolio, he values high-level EA support and offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment for the right candidate.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, starting at 25-30 hours per week with the potential to grow into a full-time role. The position requires 2-3 days in-office in Mayfair, with flexible working hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).

THE ROLE

You will support the CEO 1:1, handling 70% business support and 30% private support, ensuring his day runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High-level diary management – scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and ensuring time efficiency
  • Complex travel arrangements – managing itineraries across multiple time zones
  • Inbox management & client communication – acting as a gatekeeper and ensuring smooth correspondence
  • Prioritization & execution – handling action points proactively, allowing the CEO to focus on business growth
  • Stakeholder & client relations – serving as a primary point of contact with UHNW clients and high-profile partners
  • Document preparation – drafting reports, presentations, and maintaining records
  • Team support – assisting with board meetings, document filing, and administrative tasks
  • Operations support – contributing to office setup, contracts, onboarding, and operational growth
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We seek a highly capable, detail-oriented, and proactive EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow into a Chief of Staff role within the CEO’s newly launching family office.

Key Requirements:
  • 6+ years of C-suite Executive Assistant experience
  • Family office experience within a professional setting
  • Proven track record working with UHNW individuals
  • Meticulous organization and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
  • Personable, engaging, and professional demeanour
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
