This business is a leader in the media technology sphere with offices throughout the UK and Europe. Within their London HQ (City), they have had a vacancy arise for an Executive Assistant to join their team in supporting a member of their C-Suite to cover a period of Maternity Leave (8 months).
Your new role
As an Executive Assistant within the business, this role is anticipated to include the following:
- Comprehensive support to the Chief Marketing Officer
- Travel organisation throughout the EMEA region and the United States
- Meeting coordination and diary management
- Liaise with senior leaders throughout the business
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Events management and coordination- i.e. company offsites, conferences
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Please note this is not an exhaustive list and additional related duties may fall within the scope of this position.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant at C-Suite level within the private sector is essential to progress with this opportunity.
