Facilities Manager - 12 Month FTC

Uxbridge - Home Based

£40,000 - £42,000 plus travel expenses

We have an immediate requirement for a Facilities Manager to join a boutique property management organisation, on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. Our client is an industry leader, who prides themselves on how they treat their employees and the service dedicated to their clients / tenants. As this role is a 12 month contract, you will be immediately available and able to start asap.

As the Facilities Manager, you will be based from home and manage 2 commercial properties located in Uxbridge and Windsor which will require weekly visits. Given where the properties are located, it is essential that you hold a driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing weekly site inspections, ensuring the sites are up to standard.
  • Overseeing the management of each sites service charge budgets
  • Liaising with tenants / clients, attending to their needs when required
  • Monitoring health & safety across the 2 properties, and ensuring compliance is up to date.
  • Management of on-site service partners

You will ideally be from a property management background and have experience in managing commercial or retail assets, however this is not essential. In addition to this, you will have a strong knowledge of statutory compliance and be familiar with service charge budgets.
