Facilities Manager - Property Management

Central London

£45,000 - £48,000

Due to a successful first half of 2024, our client is excited to be recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their successful facilities management team in Central London. Our client is an award winning organisation, who have numerous success stories demonstrating promotional opportunities within their teams and have an impressive portfolio of clients who own some of London's prime properties.

As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for a mixed-use portfolio across Central London, this portfolio will consist of approximately 10 - 12 sites. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, assist with the management of service charge budgets, acting as a key point of contact for your tenant / clients, oversee all health & safety matters of your properties, and management of your on-site service partners whilst ensuring the highest of standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have existing experience working as a Facilities Manager ideally this will be in a managing agent capacity, managing mixed-use portfolios of properties. In addition, you will have dealt with multiple service charge budgets and be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of health & safety which will be backed up with an H&S qualification. Our client is looking for somebody who is personable and is able to communicate effectively and are able to build strong relationships with tenants.
