A respected and friendly law firm based in Cheshire is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Family Lawyer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ experience in family law to work on a fully private family law caseload, with excellent flexibility and progression potential.

The Role:

You will manage a broad range of private family matters including:

  • Divorce, separation, and dissolution of civil partnerships
  • Financial settlements following relationship breakdowns
  • Children arrangements and disputes
  • Pre-nuptial and pre-civil partnership agreements
  • Disputes between cohabiting couples

You’ll work closely with clients through sensitive and emotionally charged circumstances, so strong communication and client care skills are essential.

What You’ll Need:
  • 2+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Solid experience in private family law
  • Compassionate, professional, and approachable demeanour
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
