Field Service Engineer

Salary: £40,000

Shift: Monday-Friday Days

Location: West Yorkshire, Greater Manchester

A Fantastic new position for a Field Service Engineer to join a growing food machinery supplier.  I am looking for a Field Service Engineer in either West Yorkshire or Greater Manchester area that is multi skilled, being strong electrically and mechanically, holding an engineering qualification, that ideally comes from a food background but would still consider other backgrounds. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping their customers in production through routine maintenance and emergency call out engineering, split between the customer site and the workshop.

Skills required for the Field Service Engineer:

  • Have an engineering qualification.
  • Strong both Mechanically and Electrically
  • Food or Industrial background
  • Must have a UK Driving License
  • Experience carrying out planned maintenance and attending breakdowns.
  • Continuous improvements
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
