Finance Business Partner

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a progressive Council to recruit for a Finance Business Partner specialising in property. The position will be for an initial 6 months and can offer remote and flexible working.

Responsibilities include;

• Frequently Liaising with budget holders and the Head of Property
• Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders, initiating, and driving continuous improvement in service performance and efficiency
• Working on Capital and Revenue projects
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that robust financial controls are in place, and that financial risk is understood
• Leading and developing a small customer-focussed finance team

The successful candidate;

• Experience working within a Local Authority
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to relay financial information to non-financial stakeholders
