Finance Manager

Our client is a leading vehicle leasing business with a turnover in the region on 50m, we are supporting them as they look to recruit a Finance Manager to support the Group FC with the smooth running of the finance department.

As Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our clients' financial operations, ensuring the businesses financial health. You will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance and managing a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Developing and maintaining internal control mechanisms that minimise financial risk.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Analysing and reporting of KPI's.
• Monitor cash flow.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Developing relationships with external contacts such as auditors, solicitors, banks and HM Revenue & Customs.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Hybrid working
