Description
- Maintain financial records for audit purposes
- Process invoices and payments accurately and on time
- Undertake bookkeeping tasks including reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters
- Maintain the purchase ledger
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulations
Profile
A successful Finance Officer should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
