Finance Workstream Lead - Oracle Integration

Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. As a Finance Workstream Lead, our consultants will be key players in the delivery of clients' Oracle integrations. Through relevant experience, you will have been exposed to multiple and ideally complex (global) projects and businesses and be able to adapt these to our clients' unique environments.

KEY DELIVERABLES
* Responsible for the overall success of Oracle integration related to supply finance and revenue workstreams.
* Provide project status reports and metrics as established by the program manager.
* Oversees the business system analysts related to the workstream.
* Works closely with the program manager in developing the finance and revenue workstream project plan.
* Responsible for managing the overall project risk related to the workstream including design, process alignment, data migration, testing strategy, cutover strategy, training and go live

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Strong leadership experience in working closely with business leaders and IT organization.
• Oracle experience required in the below areas
• General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Account Generator functionality, Inter-company and consolidations, Revenue, Sales and User tax, Inter-co sales, transfer pricing and costing
• Must have prior experience working with end-to-end finance operations in a medical device and/or manufacturing environment preferably in an Oracle R12 environment
• Strong costing experience, legal and management reporting, country-specific sales and use tax is a big plus
• CPA/Qualified Accountant/Accounting degree is desired
