This outstanding opportunity is tailored for a senior finance professional with extensive experience in FP&A, commercial finance and systems, seeking a pivotal role within a high-performing, successful finance team. substantial potential for career progression.

Their well-appointed offices are conveniently based in the Redruth area.

Your key duties as the Financial Controller will include:

· Management of budgets and forecasting process

· KPI reporting; effectively breaking down financial information to key stake holders

· Costing

· Provide insightful monthly management information

· Oversee high performing, medium sized team

· Ad hoc project accounting

· Assist with the production and development of growth plans

· Ensure robust financial controls are implemented and adhered to

· Continuous systems improvement

· Stock management

· Risk management

To be successful in this post, you will possess the requisite key attribute and qualification:

· Strong team leader, with a proven track record of leading a high performing, medium sized finance teams

· Extensive FP&A and systems experience, ideally acquired within retail, manufacturing or similar setting

· ACCA/CIMA or have acquired equivalent experience
