Financial Planning Administrator

NJR now have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious IFA Administrator to join a highly successful and reputable Wealth Management firm based in Leeds City Centre

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking for a 'Career' within this exciting and buoyant industry. You will receive full support for exams, pension and excellent benefits. The role requires an individual who has the ability to work within a fast paced environment, adapt to industry changes and someone who can adjust to various different deadlines and looking for long term progression within the Practice.

Working as part of a busy and friendly team the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Providing administrative support for the Financial Advisers

Operate an efficient diary system

General document filing & scanning

Assist with answering the office telephone and greeting visitors to the office

Outbound calls to Providers to chase up information required from them

Dealing with Letters of Authority
