NJR Recruitment have been instructed to work on a Financial Planning Administrator role on behalf of a leading independent provider of accounting, business advisory and wealth management services. They recruit over 3000 Partners and staff and operate for eight offices throughout the UK. Our client is a top 50 and an Award-Winning Professional Services Firm. They are part of a National & International Network of firms with global opportunities and currently have an vacancy available for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their professional and incredibly busy Financial Planning team based in the Northampton area.

The Role (Key responsibilities)

" Submission of applications and related activities.

" Liaison with insurance companies.

" Production of client valuations and preparation of review packs.

" Booking appointments and scheduling meetings.

" Dealing with calls from clients/product providers.

" Obtaining illustrations and quotations.

" Ensuring documentation is fully prepared, pre and post advice.

" Ensuring client database is kept up to date.

" The individual will be working directly with Consultants and our Technical Support team, to deliver first class client service to clients, in a compliant manner.

To apply for the role Candidates should offer previous / current experience working in a similar role for an IFA Firm. Those form a Product Provider may be required, however solid knowledge of Pensions and / or Investments will be required. It would be a desire for the successful Candidate to have use of Back Office System 'Xplan'.
