FP&A Analyst

While candidates with some FP&A or commercial finance experience are preferred, we are also open to those looking to transition from management accounting or other finance roles. Graduates with a strong academic background will be considered for the lower end of the salary range. This role will strengthen the reporting and analysis and areas of the FP&A team. This is fundamentally a reporting and analysis role, but opportunities will be given for candidates to develop their wider FP&A and business partnering skills

Hybrid: 3 days in office.

Salary: £30,000-£40,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of the Lettings Weekly Performance Reports.
• Supporting in the production of the Monthly Board Pack.
• Monthly P&L and KPI variance analysis and supporting commentary.
• Partnering with divisional directors & senior teams to drive enhanced, value adding reporting and analysis.
• Key focus on reducing the volume of reporting by analysing data and highlighting key trends and messages.
• Supporting the planning cycles - quarterly forecast and budget.
• Incorporate acquisitions into company's FP&A (working closely with other areas of finance).
• Ad hoc project work

What are we looking for:

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Solid excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong academic background.

The following experience is desirable:

• Background in FP&A or other commercial finance roles.
• Knowledge of property market and associated services
• Has commenced CIMA certification.
