We are currently looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Front of House and Social Media Content Specialist.

Role Details:

Part Time - 20 hours per week.

Monday - Friday - Can be flexible on what days and hours.

Role Overview: As a Front of House and Social Media Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing enquiries, welcoming visitors, and promoting our accommodation through engaging social media content. Your creativity and ability to connect with our diverse audience will help enhance our online presence and strengthen our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Manage all enquiries via email, face-to-face interactions, online chat, and calls with knowledge, courtesy, and inclusivity.
  • Visitor Engagement: Provide warm and friendly welcomes to all visitors, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
  • Tours and Showcases: Conduct student tours and showcase available rooms with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Application Processing: Assist with processing new applications and tenancy agreements, ensuring all necessary documents and identification are in order.
  • System Management: Keep our booking system updated and accurate.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with our sales teams to ensure efficient sales administration.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Event Representation: Represent CRM Students at university fairs and networking events to promote our accommodation.
  • Marketing Communication: Stay informed about price changes and special offers, and communicate them effectively to potential and current tenants.
  • Content Creation: Assist with the communication and distribution of marketing and promotional materials, creating engaging social media content.
  • Tenant Relations: Build strong rapport with our tenants and be a point of contact for their needs and concerns.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and analyse market performance to contribute to our ongoing improvement.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • The ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Capability to take ownership of complaints and resolve them with care and efficiency.
  • Creativity in content creation for social media platforms, showcasing our accommodation in an engaging and inclusive manner.
