Eximius are exclusively hiring on behalf of a UK partner that require an additional Genesys Cloud professional services engineer for their team. You will be working directly with clients, including in person, on some of the biggest and most exciting contact centre and CX projects in the UK with an award winning team.

This is a permanent role that can mostly be done remotely but will require travel to clients and travel to the office for training and certifications. This company invest heavily in their people and as such create some of the most respected engineers in the UK.

If you are a Genesys engineer that has delivered at least one end to end complex project then you can apply!

We are looking for experience through from discovery phase to hyper care on a contact centre with at least hundreds of seats. In this role you'll be mentored by a more senior engineer but will be given the autonomy to work how you want with the customer.
