German of French Internal Sales Executive: Darwen: Permanent: Hybrid: Salary Up to £37k per annum

Axon Moore are partnering with one of East Lancashire’s most renowned manufacturers and we are looking for a talented Internal Sales Executive with German or French language skills.

More about the role:-
  • You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients, providing a professional and efficient service
  • You will be required to build relationships with existing customers, whilst also being able to identify opportunities for new business development
  • You must have great attention to detail and be organised to ensure order are processed in full an on time
  • You will be used to handling customer enquiries and resolving issues as and when they may arise
  • You will liaise with internal departments and external companies to ensure the customer receives a smooth sales process
  • You will ensure all sales documentation, including import/export customs paperwork is completed accurately and in line with HMRC regulations

What skills will be required for this role:-
  • Fluency in either German or French (any other languages are beneficial but not essential)
  • Knowledge of international trade and export documentation would be ideal
  • A passion, drive and ability to deliver sales support and identify new sales opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt within a fast changing market
  • A passion for building strong customer relationships
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
